As a proud University of Florida alum, Kaitlyn devoted herself to the study of event management. During her time at UF, she gained invaluable knowledge and experience that only increased her motivation to start her own business.
In 2021, Kaitlyn joined the events team at one of the best wedding venues in Gainesville, the historic 1908 Grand. As she continued to develop her skills at this stunning venue, Kaitlyn’s passion for events and heart for people led her to launch Kaitlyn Marie’s Events & Design.

When Kaitlyn’s not coordinating or hosting an event, she can be found at one of Gainesville’s many pickleball courts. Always adventurous, she has also made it her mission to visit all of the National Parks in the United States.
Even in her spare time, Kaitlyn loves researching interior design inspiration and creating Pinterest mood boards. Although she recently finished Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince, Kaitlyn is always looking for a great non-fiction book recommendation.
